Visited the Hale branch over the weekend and was very impressed with the selection of toppings and sauces on offer. However I believe there shouldn't be a charge for sauces as this made the dessert more expensive than needed. It would be useful if there was an offer on such as: "2 toppings or more include sauce for free." The staff were very friendly overall and the choice of flavours of yoghurts was good. Also I saw on their instagram that you can get half and half flavours. This needs to be advertised more as it's something I would've done had I known before hand. I would still recommend though as it's worth a visit and portion sizes are generous.

We have visited this store a couple of times & it has been very nice, it obviously depends who serves you as to the portion you receive. Today a young lad served us & was a much smaller portion that there was an inch of space round the yogurt. Previously we have had the pot filled & not left with a big gap that it slides around. Pot luck on who you get.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to the two boys working at Yogberries today. They were so friendly and helpful, not just to me but to my kids as well. They made us feel really welcome and nothing was too much trouble. It’s not often you get such great service especially from youths. They made our visit a lovely experience!

RUDE STAFF.

I live in Warrington and have been coming here frequently as my kid loves it. Today 09/05/2025, after traveling for 30 mins, we reached there at 08:54 PM and they refused to serve us as "we were late". The official closing time was 9PM so how are we late? There were 2 young lads who were rude and seemed slackers. If we have entered the shop before 9PM, we should be served - as simple as that ! We won't be coming back after this humiliating experience.

Frozen yoghurt seems to have lost their popularity, but not in Hale. This small place offers good quality flavored frozen yoghurt and plenty of additional nuts, berries and chocolate bits plus sauces. Recommended
